When you rent your vehicle through Aloha Rent a Car you are responsible and ensure it is returned in the same condition that it was at the start of the rental. In the off chance that any damage should occur, you will be liable for the amount of the damage or up to the amount of the deductible, if you purchased our Collision Damage Waiver (CDW $15.95 a day)

There will be a $ 20.00 Service fee on rentals picked up and dropped off after 4:30 pm. Click Option Under Options and Coverage. Please call our office if you have any questions regarding this fee.

Renter must be 25 years or older. Renters or additional drivers under 25 will be charged a $10.00 a day surcharge on top of the daily rate. Aloha Rent a Car does not rent or add additional drivers under the age of 21.

Four day minimum on all rentals.

We have a one-week cancellation policy, reservations canceled within the week of the reservation will be subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee.

All reservation balances are due in full upon arrival. No refund for early departure or late arrival fees. Renters must have a valid major credit card under their name or proof of full coverage insurance on a personal vehicle under their name.
